Charles Nabholz, the youngest of company founder Bob Nabholz’s 12 siblings, has been dedicated to the success of Nabholz Construction since its founding in 1949.

Beginning his career as a laborer, he learned the family trade from seasoned craft professionals. In 1961, he founded Con-Ark Builders, which later merged with Nabholz. He served as chairman of the board for Nabholz Group and was named Chairman Emeritus in 2014. In addition to his role at Nabholz, Charles has received numerous awards for his philanthropic efforts, including the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame (2020) and the Legacy in Leadership Award (2025). He is also heavily involved in charitable work and community development in Faulkner County and beyond.
