Phillip Poston

Phillip Poston serves as Chief Development Officer at Hytrol Conveyor Co., Inc., where he oversees company strategy, customer and employee training and development, academic partnerships, and industry/community engagement. Since joining Hytrol in 1999, Phillip has held a variety of leadership positions including Director of Fort Smith Operations, Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Communications, Manager of Marketing, Front-line Production Supervisor, Integration Partner Representative, and Customer Service & Sales Representative.

Throughout his career, Phillip has played a pivotal role in shaping Hytrol’s direction and culture. He led the successful launch of the Fort Smith production facility, guided the articulation of Hytrol’s mission, vision, and core values, and helped establish the company’s digital marketing footprint. He also spearheaded the marketing efforts behind the current branding standards, reinforcing Hytrol’s presence as a global leader in conveyor system design and manufacturing.

Phillip holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with honors and received the Core Values Award for Excellence, as voted by his peers. He also earned a BS in Marketing from Arkansas State University, where he served as president of the Iota Theta chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha. Outside of work, Phillip is a dedicated husband to Lori for 28 years and proud father to their son, Cameron. He remains active in his church and community and enjoys photography, cycling, and traveling.
