Judy R. McReynolds is the Chairman of the Board at ArcBest®. Under her visionary leadership as former President and CEO, Judy has overseen significant growth and value creation across all verticals. She was the driving force behind transforming ArcBest into an integrated logistics company with a full suite of solutions that meet customers’ changing supply chain needs.

 

Judy has over 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, including 28 years with the company. In 2010, she was named ArcBest president and CEO, and in 2016, she was elected Chairman of the Board of ArcBest Corporation. In August 2024, she transitioned to ArcBest Chairman and CEO, overseeing the company’s long-term strategy, including a drive toward innovative solutions. Judy retired as CEO effective December 31, 2025.

 

Under her leadership, ArcBest evolved from a national LTL carrier into a multibillion-dollar integrated logistics leader, expanding asset-based and brokerage capabilities, investing in cutting-edge technology and fostering a values-driven culture that delivers customized solutions to help keep the global supply chain moving. The strategies and disciplines she established created a durable foundation for innovation and growth that continues to advance ArcBest today.

 

Judy also guided ArcBest’s M&A strategy, including its $235 million acquisition of MoLo Solutions, adding scale to its full truckload solution and enabling the achievement of $5 billion in revenue in 2022. She also oversaw the sale of FleetNet America to Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions in 2023, and in 2012 led ArcBest’s $180 million acquisition of what is now Panther Premium Logistics, strengthening the company’s end-to-end logistics solutions.

 

Individually, Judy has been recognized for numerous awards in leadership and business, including Forbes 50 Over 50, Women Inc. Most Influential Corporate Board Directors, Gartner CEO Talent Champion, Arkansas Business Executive of the Year, and in 2025 she was honored as a University of Oklahoma Regents’ Distinguished Alumni Award winner.

 

Judy sits on several outside Boards, including OGE Energy Corp., First Bank Corp. and First National Bank of Fort Smith. She recently retired from the American Trucking Associations (ATA) Board and Executive Committee, and after serving as chair for eight years, she retired from the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI). Ms. McReynolds contributes to education in Arkansas as a member of the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and as a member and treasurer of the University of Arkansas — Fort Smith Foundation Board. Additionally, she was honored as an inductee to the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame in February 2023. A retired Certified Public Accountant, Ms. McReynolds holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
