Andrea, a native Arkansan, and alumni of the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, has spent the last 21 years leading in a variety of spaces within Walmart. Currently, Andrea serves as Vice President, Global Technology supporting the complex technical suite of platforms, products, tools, and services for Walmart’s Global Governance and Global Responsibility divisions as well as leveraged technologies for all back-office functions.

To expand on her Walmart journey, Andrea began her career as an entry-level Programmer in the Replenishment area immediately after graduating. Over her years in technology, Andrea reinvented herself several times by supporting various additional domains such has IT Security, International and US Compliance, Corporate Governance functions (i.e., Legal, Global Security, Aviation), Store Operations, and Supercenter Reinvention. She has played several roles such as software developer, data analyst, project manager, program manager, relationship manager, and innovations strategist.

Beyond technology, Andrea has served Walmart in two roles. First, Andrea was a strategic, cross functional program lead focused on the optimization of omni customer returns. Second, Andrea led in the Customer Insights & Strategy Organization enabling several functions such as customer data business ownership, core customer measurement, market share, competitor/consumer intelligence, and data science fueled insights.
Faith & family are the two most important things to Andrea. She’s been married to Jonathan for over 20 years (also an Arkansas native and Walmart associate). They have 3 children. She loves fitness, the lake, all things Razorback, cheering on marching bands, and taking care of her fur and feather babies.
