Keithley Set up for Optical/Electrical Test and Electrical-Chemical Doping

This facility is located at the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff.

 

Keithley Measurement Setup

    • Two Keithley meters with 7½-digit resolution.

    • Basic DCV accuracy of 0.0018% and picoampere current measurement.

    • Provides high-end performance at lower cost with functions uncommon in standard digital multimeters.

    • Built-in card slot allows a multiplexer card for multi-point measurements.

    • Works with LabVIEW and other components, such as silicon photon diodes.

    • Can perform tests including current-voltage, current-time, current efficiency-voltage, electroluminescence-voltage, and luminance-time.

    • Also used for electrochemical doping of materials and driving/testing electrochemical devices.
