UA Pine Bluff, Gamry Electrochemical Galvanostat/Potentiostat System

A Potentiostat/Galvanostat/Zero Resistance Ammetry (ZRA) (Garmy) can be used for all types of physical electrochemistry (PEC) measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic (EIS) of optical-electro devices and electrochemical devices such as solar cells, Li‐ion battery and fuel cells.

The PEC study includes chronoamperometry, chronocoulometry, chronopotentiometry, controlled potential coulometry, cyclic voltammetry, linear sweep voltammetry etc. And the EIS study includes Galvanostatic EIS, hybrid EIS, Mott Schottky measurement, multiplexed potentiostatic EIS, potentiostatic EIS, single Frequency EIS, etc.

The CV and EIS will be extremely useful to test the chemical components, charge transports and redox behaviors of materials for this project. Combining with other components (such as ultrafast optical shutter), the application of this system can be extended to other measurements, such as the voltage transient and current transient of optical-electro devices.
