Food Engineering for Health Lab

The Food Engineering for Health Lab at the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture supports research at the intersection of food science and health. Available equipment includes an Anton Paar MCR 302e rheometer, supercritical carbon dioxide processing systems, 3D food printers, particle size analyzer, surface area analyzer, zetasizer, a gas chromatograph with FID detector, and a high-pressure liquid chromatograph, enabling advanced analysis and processing of food materials
